I recently enjoyed a stay at L'Etang, a delightful gem surrounded by picturesque pastures and a serene pond. My room was a comfortable retreat, complete with a small terrace that offered calming views of the lush landscape. The bathroom featured an excellent shower, a vital aspect for any avid runner like myself. Dinner at Côté Bistrot, one of the hotel's two dining options, was a memorable experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect setting for food enthusiasts. While I had hoped to dine at the Michelin-starred restaurant, which unfortunately did not open until Thursday, the Bistrot offered a gratifying alternative. Breakfast presented a satisfactory start to my days, featuring fresh ingredients that reflected the local flavors.
